Consultations.
Before your first appointment you will be asked to send off a hair sample for analysis and to complete two questionnaires. This will give me an overview of your medical history, level of toxicity, metabolic rate, how much stress your body is under and how efficiently each organ system is functioning. This means I won’t waste your time in consultation obtaining basic information.

In addition to the hair analysis and questionnaires, I will measure heart rate variability and using special scales, will take bio-impedance measurements, to help me assess the level of stress your body may be under. I may also check blood pressure and ask for a urine sample. What you tell me is also very important and I regard the consultation as an opportunity for information gathering for both of us. Together with the tests we shall be putting together your own personal health jigsaw.

After the consultation I prepare a personal treatment programme and send this on to you in a bound folder together with any remedies prescribed. Remedies and supplements are charged for separately. Good support is provided between appointments via email or telephone for which no charge is made.

Appointments are generally between one and two months apart.

Laboratory Tests.
In addition to the hair analysis and in-house tests mentioned above, it can sometimes be helpful to utilise lab tests which may involve sending off a urine, blood or stool sample. These are charged pro-rata and results tend to take 2 - 3 weeks to come back.


Supplementation and Remedies.
You may be advised to take certain remedies or supplements. These are charged separately.
